About Me
Lauren Norris is a wife, mom, special needs advocate, breast cancer survivor, and passionate follower of Jesus. After walking through some of life’s deepest valleys—including her daughter Emory’s rare genetic diagnosis and her own cancer journey—Lauren has learned to trust God not just for healing, but for identity, purpose, and provision.
She is the founder of My Vessel Life, a growing platform built to encourage people to live as vessels—open to God’s work, even in suffering—rather than victims of their circumstances. Lauren co-hosts the podcast Boobie Banter, where she and her friends speak honestly (and often hilariously) about faith, family, medical trauma, and recovery.
Lauren believes that laughter can live right alongside lament—and she brings lightness and humor into the heaviness of suffering, helping others find hope without pretending the pain isn’t real.
In addition to writing and speaking, Lauren is the co-founder of a private special education academy in her town—the first of its kind in the area. Born out of her own journey advocating for her daughter, the school exists to provide high-quality, individualized education for students with exceptional needs and to support families navigating similar paths.
Whether through her work helping people or on the page, Lauren shares raw, faith-filled truth with anyone navigating pain, transition, or uncertainty. Her passion is helping others—especially those who feel forgotten, broken, or stuck—discover that purpose and peace are possible, even in life’s hardest seasons.
Lauren lives in Georgia with her husband and their three beautiful daughters.
